Delivery Information

Normally, we ship all paid orders within 72 hours from the time we received them. Pre-ordered items could take longer time; since we have to help the customer place their order from the Manufacturer or accredited seller, then wait for it to pass custom inspection. However, this would usually take 7-14 business days from the time we receive the customer's order.

Priority Shipping is also available. This is for orders to be shipped on the day we received them. Again usually, we ship between 2 - 3 Business days from the date we received your order. However, certain orders might be slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of some items.
